This is Ramsey. He came in as a stray to Isle Of Wight County Animal Shelter in Virginia. The fine folks there made him this temporary PVC cart that you see in the picture below. He is also the next pup to get a cart from us.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Rescued Rollers is preparing a new wheelchair for him right now, and he’ll be rolling in style by early next week. Keep an eye out for updates.
